Some places make it easy to breathe. The real work is finding that same pause mid-challenge.

Two leaders came to me this month with the same problem. Team members distracted, underperforming, dragging the whole team down.

One asked me to coach the team members directly. The other asked me to coach him.

Only one of them saw it actually turn around, and it wasn't the one you'd expect.
